I would think for the first charge you would want to slow charge at a low amperage.

Re: You see junk, I see the fastest electric ever
Im new hear so this may come off wrong but I have a shop and build drag cars, rollcages and do fab work so Im not just throwing out stuff. Anyway I would think about changing the funncar portation of the cage ,or maybe adding some more bars and gussets, there isnt really any protection in the event of a roll over to the drivers head area with the one bar in the center between both hoops

AGC is building a 48-volt drag cart.. We have a guy '' Mc'' that is pushing 50mph with hope to hit that speed soon.. Believe it are not but a stock ez-go is very stable up speeds around 70 mph.. But any thing is possible in racing of any kind.. So your help will be gratefully be appreciated in the safety of our roll cages.. Again Thank you !!!!!! Maybe you can post some pic's of you work to give us a better idea of what we are looking for.... |

Re: You see junk, I see the fastest electric ever
The AGM battery is not like any battery. Regardless of what you here on how to charge the agm battery... Odyssey recommends to charge their batteries with 50 amps.. Most chargers will not push a agm battery to 14.7 volts and safely hold it there.. Now all I am saying is that Odyssey recommends their batteries to be charged this way..
