SW Florida Cart/Camping Event

How does February 13th - 15th, Friday - Sunday, President's day weekend sound? This should give everyone enough time to recover from Christmas and the weather should be nice for camping. I am leaning towards Peace River Campground because of the riding opportunity in the wooded areas. I am not familiar with any other campground that offers this. Anyone else have any suggestions? Once it is decided, I will make up some fliers as an attachment that can be passed on.

I'm in...Presidents Day, unfortunately is not a "real" holiday where I work, but I'll bring the family for the weekend! The weather shoud be geat!

Sorry guys! That weekend is a double whammy for me....Wife's B-Day is the 13th and of course V-Day the next....I am blessed with an understanding wife.......just not THAT understanding! Maybe next time.

The ole Blak Kat will surely be there, checking out the Catmando and big e z. count us in for Peace River over that weekend.

I contacted George at Peace River Campground and he thinks a Golf Cart Round Up at his campground is a great idea. He said holiday weekends are 90% full so anyone interested should make reservations early. I am making a simple flier to attract more attention. I will attach it. Please pass the info on any other forums you visit and maybe at your local golf cart shops.
Also maybe this thread can be placed as a "STICKY" or post it in other areas.
