Sounds like you are getting too much gas! Your float may be stuck or the float valve may not be seating. That will cause it to flood out.

If you perform the two tests I posted in your other thread, one will test for a stuck/mis-adjusted float, and the other will test for bad fuel.

You can either shut the fuel off or pinch the fuel line shut near the carb. and see if the engine will start and run the gas out of the Carb.

Was this motor ever running since you've had the cart?
If you think it is a new piston, check to see if it was installed correctly. Remove the exhaust and look inside the exhaust port on the jug.
Rotate the crankshaft through an entire revolution while looking at the piston inside. The piston should not have any openings(windows) in it on the exhaust side.
Next, remove the carb and reed cage and do the same for the intake side. There should be 2 windows in the piston on the intake side.
You'll also have to decide which one of these threads you want to continue with. It is too difficult to follow both of them.

Are you sure your engine is rotating in the right direction for the position of the key. The guy I bought mine from couldn't get it started because he had the control wires swapped on the solenoids.

Yes im sure. I flip the key to the forward position and it turning over on the ground moves the cart forward.

Disconnect the oil pump. Dump the gas and fill with 100:1 premix, new gas from the pump. New plug. Try again.
