1975 electric ez go has power but wont go
I have checked the batteries the solenoid clicks I tried to check for power on both sides of it I have 36 volts going in but not coming out I only get 4 volts I dont know what else to do

If the solenoid clicks when you step on the pedal, there is 36v on the battery side but 4v on the throttle wiper side, then the solenoid has failed. Replace it.
