I realize the tower is bent. But I still feel like, if the tower were perfectly straight/new/replaced, the angle would still be pretty severe.

Can you confirm that the Jakes components are correct for my application?

Thanks

If anything, straightening the tower would make it even worse. The hit is pushing the left side in, therefore bring the steering box back and left

Again... did anyone notice that the tie rod (connecting the 2 spindles) is almost scraping the frame supports? (see my post #20 on page 2)

IMO... It can't be the right lift!

Look at this pic and notice which way my bracket for the tie rod is pointing.

Yours is just the opposite

Still no response from Jakes/Buggies Unlimited. Pretty sour experience at this point. I'm not against ordering a new Delta but I'm just not convinced this lift is correct. Thx again guys

Therein lies the issue. BU and Jakes are owned by the same big corporation. They can usually get by with passing one company's misfit crap through the large volume retailer they just so happen to own.

It's a 94 gasser. Something ain't right.

Maybe I missed something. You say in this post u have a 94 gasser and the lift specs u quote say for a 1996.5-2004.5 gasser. Did they send u the wrong lift or maybe the wrong lift was ordered?
