Default 8" rim compatible lifts?

Are any of the 6" lift kits available for the 97 Club Car Carryall 1 compatible with 8" rims?
I ask because I have a nice set of 8" rims with 23" ATV type tires I bought for another project & never used.
I've read a little about the Zone lifts, but not a fan of cutting & prefer a bolt on setup.

Also my Carryall 1 does not have front brakes & am told DS kits will work?

jakes lift kits are made for front brakes

I have jakes 6" a-arm lift (not the long travel) on my 91 ds. 8" rims and 23" tires on my setup with no issues.

Dumb question but if you don't install front brakes...why would a rim size matter say 8" vs 10" or whatever?

the spindle lifts require a 10" rim or better to clear the spindles
8" require a spacer

Not a dumb question, but I think there is some confusion in my question.

My Carryall 1 does not have front brakes, noir do I want any.
But...when I email various cart accessory places with questions about lifts....I get "no this lift will not work because your Carryall has front brakes" or 8" rims will not work because of brake clearance or spindle interference.

So front brakes seem to be common on Carryall's, but mine does not have any.
My preference is an A arm type lift since I can adjust the weird camber my Carryall has...(wide at the top, narrow on the bottom)
Should I be looking at standard DS type kits for CC's without front brakes?
I've looked at All Sports, Jakes & Nivel, I do like the Nivel kit since it comes with all new springs.

What backspacing do you have on your rims?

I already have a brand new set of Mitchell red label aluminum rims (correct lug pattern) with 23" Mud Buster tires that have been collecting dust in my shop for a few years now & like to use them.
Plus I think the 23" tires on 8" rims would ride nice.
I have a lifted EZGO & it rides like a brick.

I run 8" wheels on my 6" lift. I have the Allsports Super Sport double A-arm lift. "Officially" this kit says that you need 10" or larger front wheels but my 8" wheels have been fine.

Here's my build thread:

In post #45 I post some pics and talk about the wheels.
