So out of curiosity, you are thinking the controller is bad? Holy crap I hope not they are about half of what I paid for the car, crap.

Unless it's a conversion.
Honestly, I don't have a clue as to what this cart is. It went from a 95 to a 92. Was a 36v. but talks about 8 volt, don't what was done for the load test, and Scotty asked for controller inputs and outputs with no results. . |

Re: 95 CC Not moving when put in F or R
Yea it's a little confusing I get it. But as stated 36 V load tested batteries all batteries are good. It's a 1992, so I question if the process to check the controller of there is one changes? From what you say and what 1970B says there's no controller? Neighbor gave me a extra solenoid he had (new) changed that just to see maybe it was bad, no luck. Hope that clears things up a bit.

Re: 95 CC Not moving when put in F or R
Ok here we go, I'll just start over from beginning...
I have a 36 V 1992 Club Car. Recently while driving it slowly died I assumed batteries. I charged cart over night nothing. Cart would ever so slightly move forward and back but no more than a few inches. I brought home a load tester and tested my 6V batteries under load and they all tested fine under a load via the load tester, batteries are a year old. I can test again and give you the exact read out but don't remember, just that they were good. My next step was when neighbor gave me a new solenoid thinking it could be that, also not th issue. What should my next step be? |
