Watch the video on using a multimeter and select Club Car. Scroll down to checking the controller input and output. Let us know what you find
Little slow going here, work keeps me too busy lol. I also noticed I have stated the car was a 1995, it's actually a 1992. Will the year model change the way I should test?

So out of curiosity, you are thinking the controller is bad? Holy crap I hope not they are about half of what I paid for the car, crap.

Unless it's a conversion.

Honestly, I don't have a clue as to what this cart is. It went from a 95 to a 92. Was a 36v. but talks about 8 volt, don't what was done for the load test, and Scotty asked for controller inputs and outputs with no results.

Yea it's a little confusing I get it. But as stated 36 V load tested batteries all batteries are good. It's a 1992, so I question if the process to check the controller of there is one changes? From what you say and what 1970B says there's no controller? Neighbor gave me a extra solenoid he had (new) changed that just to see maybe it was bad, no luck. Hope that clears things up a bit.

Not reeally - we're still confused. Can you post pics of the controller on this cart and can you give some detail on batteries load test good. Honestly that line sounds like me telling my ex-wife the neighbor lady was just my friend.

Ok here we go, I'll just start over from beginning...
I have a 36 V 1992 Club Car. Recently while driving it slowly died I assumed batteries. I charged cart over night nothing. Cart would ever so slightly move forward and back but no more than a few inches. I brought home a load tester and tested my 6V batteries under load and they all tested fine under a load via the load tester, batteries are a year old. I can test again and give you the exact read out but don't remember, just that they were good. My next step was when neighbor gave me a new solenoid thinking it could be that, also not th issue. What should my next step be?
