Went to golf cart store to get micro switch and the guy said I have the right one in there. He told me to switch wires around which I did and still same thing.

Like I said, If you have a 3 terminal micro-switch, You need to use the terminals on the switch labeled COM and N.C.

Typically it would be terminals #1 and #3 on the switch (no wire on the middle one).

It does not matter which wire goes in each terminal.

The switch that's in the vglide is only a 2prong, I bought the one you recommend and will try in the am.
