Good info here. Have had an intermittent slow go problem for almost a year. Most of the time it was fine and when it did act up all my voltage tests seemed fine as above. After reading this I checked mine out and it was already spliced by previous owner. When I pulled on the butt connectors the green wire came apart. Respliced all 4 and seems to be fixed.
