Got to love autocorrect. Yep, that is it, one for each side I guess.

Two diodes, one for picture-1 and other for picture-2.

Banded end of diode goes to one of the tabs by the "+" on the plastic, other end to one of the tabs next to the "-" mark. I'd probably use the tabs that has the coil wires already soldered to them.

B+ from the F/R toggle switch goes to the tabs next to the "+" mark.

Okay, got all the old electronics removed. I was dry fitting how I would put the new items in and see a slight issue if I try to use the heatsink that is in the middle. If I try to use the same bolt holes the top of the controller is too tall and the seat won't sit in the body. My question is that since the Alltrax controller has a built in fan, could I mount it off to the side and not use the heatsink? If it course I will need to make sure the cables are long enough.

Agreed, mount it as needed, it won't make use of the old heatsink anyway.

Well after some time doing other things today I spray painted the color to "clean" it up some. Tonight I was able put the reversing contactor bracket on.

Okay, got new batteries from our local EzGo dealer, I got 6 - 8 volt batteries, ready to get this going again... They were around $600 and are the NAPA Specialty/golf car deep cycle model 8148. I see the NAPA brand on the comparison pages, but they told me these are just as good. Thoughts?
