I deal with this almost daily. "Some Guy" makes an absurd claim about something and people blindly believe it. This "guy" touts himself as a self proclaimed expert on something he knows little to nothing about.

Bad part of it is those who don't know the simple basics of what we do choose to believe the "guy" who is only out to take their money, but not someone who is being fair and honest with them.

Not sure if people know this but Trojan which was primarily being run/managed by the founding family was sold in Dec 2018 to a Private Equity firm who handed it over to one of their other portfolio purchases who owns the company that makes Deka batteries. Bottom line for me as someone familiar with these types of purchases is that Trojan as the quality brand I once knew is NO LONGER the same and further investment include Lithium will take a back seat to squeezing profits.
