New alltrax controller worked fine then no reverse and now not even powering up.
Bought a brand new alltrax sr48500 controller with solenoid and hd f&r switch and 2g wires. Also bought a brand new motor to upgrade that also. Everything worked fine for about a month now and went to ride the other day and had no reverse. Controller sent out code for ITS Throttle. Parked cart and was gonna check on next chance available. Went to drive cart to garage to test ITS and now controller won’t power up. Tested ITS and getting readings around 6.8 volts on pins at controller and ITS. Not sure if this has anything to do with controller not powering up or not. Checked all other connections and is getting readings of 38.6 volts on all hot sides. 36volt cart by the way. The only other reading I’m not sure about is on the negative side of the diode which is reading .07 volts. Looking for some answers seeing I just paid a lot of money to get this thing fixed.

Looks now like there is a cart problem where the solenoid and the Alltrax are not being powered up. Is there not Controller LED status light signal? or solenoid click?

Solenoid is clicking like normal and have power through solenoid to B+ terminal on controller but none coming out of controller to f&r switch.
