2008 EZGO RXV, Armature Cleaning
Hi new member to BGW, have been reading threads and posts for years. Have a 2008 EZGO RXV with intermittent braking. Have changed E Brake, Bearing Encoder, Solenoid, still exists. When I pulled the armature out for the the bearing encoder, there was corrosion on the armature, I believe this may be the issue, is there any way of cleaning the armature? Or should I be looking elsewhere? My handheld - needs new cable, only fault code is E Brake. Batteries are 1 year old, all balanced etc. Thank you for your assistance

Re: 2008 EZGO RXV, Armature Cleaning
Excellent question. I have a similar issue. The armature has some "rust" on it. Not much but, would like to clean it off.
