Original manufactured year

How do you know the original manufactured year if your cart is silver standard re-manufactured from Club Car? Serial number under dash on passenger side is 7m15....... Serial # on metal shield/covering between batteries and electronics also has this serial #. Motor is Ej8-4001, controller is 1515-5201, so I know it's an excel system. This means is must be later than 2008 but I don't think it's much older than 2015. Does it even really matter if say 95% of the cart is from 2015? Frame looks in perfect condition, wiring has no corrosion and batteries are the only item that I can tell that has another date ( 2018 ). I'm the second owner but I know where the cart was purchased in 2015. Would the dealer have this information or maybe Club car can run the serial #?

Lift the floor mat and open the MCOR/Pedal access cover.

There is another serial number behind the brake equalizer bar:
