Default 95 Club Car 48 volt won't move.

The serial is A9601-480879. In reverse, it bumps a little when you push the pedal but just barely a motor click in forward. On the solenoid behind the right batteries, in neutral and key off, I have 49.3 volts on one big post and 49.1 on the other.

Where to go from here?

I learned that by the serial, it's a '96.

I did some further diagnostics and found that when I push the pedal I get the 49.3 voltage to the small terminal on the solenoid. At the same time, the voltage goes away from the big post (yellow wire) outboard side of it.

Is your cart series drive with the big FnR lever?
Or does it have a small rocker switch for FnR?

Does the solenoid clunk? You should hear and feel it if you touch the body of the solenoid.
Raise the rear wheels of the ground, With Key On, cart in Forward or reverse, press the throttle pedal and as soon as the throttle clicks the solenoid should clunk. If it does not
Check for pack voltage reaching the solenoid on the Small terminals. Place your black meter lead on Battery pack negative, or the B- terminal at the controller. Press the pedal again and you should see pack voltage at the solenoid small terminal with the small red and small White w/black stripe wires. Should show 48+.
The Yellow wire is negative and should show 0V if the controller is allowing the negative for solenoid operation.
If that's the case, the solenoid has likely failed and needs to be replaced.
Further testing can be done by removing the small yellow wire from the solenoid small terminal, then check resistance across the small terminals of the solenoid. If the Ohmeter shows O.L or ~ (infinite resistance) the solenoid coil has failed and the solenoid needs to be replaced.

This should be the diagram for your cart, or close to it.

Ok, I had pack voltage across the big terminals on the solenoid. When I pushed the pedal I got pack voltage to the small terminals but lost in on the big one (yellow wire). Also, no click so I replaced the solenoid and the cart moves!

Thank you one and all.
