I have a 93 club cart . There is an oil plug in the back that keeps popping out? Any idea of what it is and what todo?

Yep. If it's not broken clean it up really well and RTV it in place.
If it is broken, try an auto parts store or hardware store for a 5/8" or 3/4" expansion hole plug.
