I have a 2021 Express S4 I would also like to increase the speed on. Right now it runs around 7MPH. I bought a speed sensor in case that was an issue. Best case is it takes me back to 12-14MPH. I would like to see much faster speeds if possible.

That is very slow. Either the sensor is failing in a strange way that it still allows partial driving, or it's been put into airport mode, which is very slow speed limits.
Either way you'll want a 1309 cable and 1314 software, maybe YAT software if you really want to go fast.
There's a thread in the lithium subgroup that says how to do it.
