The solenoids either work or they don't. You have less than optimal batteries. What is the pack voltage?

They are at 38.9V.

I changed the solenoids about 10 months ago when we last talked. This still didn't get the pedal working at 100%, still had issues with the first speed engagement - but not as bad.

The issue i'm having now - the first two speed engagements arent working. Although, if I hold the pedal in that range and move the forward/backward switch back and forth - eventually it will pick up.

Pulled the pedal box, all switches work great. I think its a mechanical problem - looks like the worn-in grooves may be causing the issue?

I got the new plastic piece in, do I need to apply any type of lubricant?
