Default 2016 TXT Input Shaft Seal Direction

I pulled the motor off of my 2016 TXT and the input shaft seal was leaking. I pulled the seal and ordered another one from EZGO. Dummy me forgot to pay attention which way the seal came out. Can someone tell me if it goes in with the lip facing out or in? (pics would be great if someone has their motor off).

Thanks in advance,
Mark

The attached manual is for an RXV limited slip differential, but is shows the oil seal in Fig. A-11 on Pg A-4 and in Fig. A-12 on Pg. C-4.
