No it was hanging off. The spring was the last thing I tried to get off.

Shoulda come out then. Yes, use the hammer and a center punch/old screwdriver/big nail/frozen cigarette.

Good news, I was able to get the new leaf springs installed. Took some convincing for the old bolts to come out but I got em out! And, no more lean! Turns out the spring on the driver's side was warped (tired, worn out). However, I did find out that one of the bolts on the wheel hub was completely stripped so on to my next project. Lol.
