Default 97 club car 48 volt charging issue

I’ve just bought a new charger when I plugged it in it kicked on as normal and about 10 minutes later the white button breaker on the charger tripped. I tried it again and it did it again. I checked all batteries individually and I’m getting 8.5 on 5 of them and getting 7.5 on 1 of them. Tried cleaning all connections but charger keeps on tripping. Any idea of what it can be ?
