Default 99 TXT 13.5v at microswitch, 10v at solenoid.

I have a 99 TXT that was running but no longer clicks solenoid when the pedal is depressed. removed and tested microswitch and reading 13.5v at microswitch when depressed but only 10v at solenoid. jumping the posts on solenoid turns the engine over. Is there something between the pedal switch and solenoid that could drop the voltage? Connections look ok. There is something square labeled 109 that looks like the green wire from microswitch goes into, possibly a voltage regulator? it is loose so if it needed a heatsink maybe it burned? Any help is appreciated!

Ignition (key switch) is between the pedal switch and the solenoid.
FYI: There is a PDF file of the shop manual for your cart in the stickys

Use the "fleet_1999.pdf" file. The wiring diagram is on page K2.

This ended up being a bad solenoid that was partially shorted internally. Thanks again!
