Turns out it was a bad solenoid. Not sure why I didn’t diagnose that when checking things out.

Glad you found the problem. That's one of the cheaper parts to replace too.

Yea, I was relieved it wasn’t the controller. On a side note, have people been successful with stabilizing the front in wandering from a double a-arm lifted cart? Was told wheel spacers were what people use. I was thinking a steering stabilizer from a truck possibly.
