Are you saying the parking brake should come off automatically? If so, it’s not. But it will roll freely if I take the parking brake off.

You have a txt so it has manual, mechanical brakes. Unlike rxv that uses the motor for braking. So parking brake has to be manually released.
Battery pack voltage is good.
Did you download the wire diagram from stickies on this page?
It will help in tracing voltage path.

Check voltage going to 12 volt convertor.
Some carts have main in line fuse that if blown will not allow voltage anywhere.
No voltage at convertor can narrow search down.

Outage at key switch.?
Voltage at solenoid ?
