Default Weird jerk on club car

So on my club car when it's fully charged it drives perfectly, it's a 2016 Precedent, 20 minutiae into driving it if I come to a complete stop it will start jerking. I replaced the mcore 3 times thinking I had a defaulted one but does the same thing. None of the battery cables are loose, and I swapped batteries on it from a used golf cart. But seems to be doing the same thing.

First 20 minutes great. Than jerking and the speed slows down a little. Any help please.

To help you diagnose this, we need pack voltage readings 12 hours after charging and at the point you say it starts to fail.

If these batteries are original, and if you don't see at least 50.9 volts 12 hours after charging, they are bad. Make sure the electrolyte level is correct in them.

When the cart starts to buck, lift the seat and carefully check for a hot terminal on the batteries, motor and solenoid if you can. An IR thermometer is great for this. Hot terminals equal high resistance connection and power loss.

Just rearranged the batteries and put new cables on them. Im getting 51 volts. About to take it for a spin. I'll take the IR thermometer with me

So after about 25 minutes of driving I stopped after it had a single jerk, and the voltage output was 48.4 one battery was reading 7.4 volts. Nothing was heated up tho

Your pack is essentially dead at 48 volts. That one battery at 7.4 volts is completely dead, and is probably dragging the pack voltage down.

But even if that one wasn't that low, your pack would still be under 50% SOC. That is at the redline for cart failure.

It sounds like new batteries are needed. Do you know the date code on the batteries? Look for a stamp on one of the battery terminals. It will be a letter and single digit number.

If the number is a 6, that indicates 2016 batteries. They will be toast at 6 years old.
