My charging cable on both carts goes right across where you are going to sit. I don't worry about the cable. I also have a switch that I throw when I charge that turns on the 12V reducer without powering anything else up. My own design BMS that monitors the charge runs on the 12V.

Certainly not necessary to use, and agreed that Most people would know better, but....
Kids don't notice anything except the Go pedal. If you have kids or anyone else around that wants to ride it, good idea to hook up the interlock so it works. Takes all of 2 minutes to connect the wire and put a couple zip ties in there to hold it in place. |
