2007 ezgo pds missing out on start up

my pds misses out when i first take off but than runs fine any ideas

Can you describe what it is doing a little better? "misses out" is open to some interpretation

when you push on gas pedal it takes off but acts like power comes and goes for about 2 seconds then runs fine.I hope this helps,thanks Larry

First things first, you should check all of your battery connections as well as the battery voltages (as a pack and individually). Make sure that all of the connections to the motor are tight, also, check under the floor where the gas pedal is and make sure all of those connections are good. If nothing is loose, then we (read: smarter people than I) will need to do some more in-depth troubleshooting.
