2006 does nothing
2006 does nothing at all. Serial AQ0607 Cart stopped doing anything. The backup buzzer doesn't work, no solenoid click, and charger wouldn't come on. I checked the batteries and one was bad, I put 4 new deep cycle marine batteries in ( borrowed from bass boat ) to make sure that would fix it but still get nothing. Key switch is good, tow/run switch good, battery pack voltage 50.8. Local cc shop says I may have blown a fuse. The only fuse
I can find is the one on the charger circuit. Any ideas what to check now. |

Re: 2006 does nothing
Tell us your story.
When did it stop. What happened before it stopped. What have U done since it stopped The better the history and more detailed the faster the FIX send picture of battery compartment and wiring in that area. The closer the better. |

Re: 2006 does nothing
Thanks for the reply Gleemo
Played golf with cart it worked fine with no problems, very hilly course and didn't notice any loss of power. Came home put cart on charger, charger clicked on and went to approx. 11 amps which is where it would normallly always go, ever since I have had the cart. Three days later went to get the cart to play golf, and unplugged it, pressed on the pedal and went about 3 inches. Started troubleshooting the next day, and found the battery pack reading was a little over 48v resting, and dropped to below 40 when pedal was pushed. Took batteries loose and charged each individually. Found one of them bad. Hooked them back up and cart does nothing. No backup buzzer, no yellow battery light, nothing. Replaced batteries with boat batteries and still nothing. Boat batteries are new and have pack reading of 50.8 v. Still nothing will work. Charger will come on with obc bypassed. Tested on off switch it is good. Tested run/tow switch, it is good. Tested mcor, microswitch is good, reading from pot section is white wire to purple, 5.84k ohms pedal not pressed, 5.84k ohms pressed, purple to yellow is 1.16k ohms pedal not pressed, 7.01 k ohms pressed, yellow to white is 7.01k ohms pedal not pressed, 1.15k ohms pressed. I don't know if this is normal or not? Also tried jumping the solenoid nothing happened. Picture of battery compartment is 2 photos, I couldn't get far enough away because of roof and camera turned one for some reason. |
