Default 2001 limo hard to steer!

hi i have a 2001 limo 6 seater that is so hard to turn, when only one person is in the front seat its fine but when i have another person or load it is very hard, please tell me if this is normal or what it mite be? im new to the cart world,thank you very much eddie

Check the tire pressure, and grease all the fittings in the in the steering system....just a thought for ya

Jack it up and see if you can find any binding ?? It does not sound right to me... I have an 8 pass ezgo in my service that sounds easier to turn than that.... You didn't say what size wheels and tires you have on it?

I just googled that and you are just a bit outside my service area....


But seriously I think you have a problem because it should not get harder to steer when the passenger gets in.... that makes me think there is a clearance issue... maybe spring to tie rod?

definitely tie rod hitting the leafs, if it's lifted. you can put an up words bend in the rod to get more clearance

ok found out why the Danm thing is so hard to turn u guys were rite ! tire rods are rubbing on front leaf springs , does any one know where I can get some different rods ?
