if the cart is not lifted it looks like have weak springs. that bend is put in the tie rods when people move the spring to the top of the axle for a lift. do you have any pics?

tie rods rubbing when people in front of cart but when only one person its fine turns easy, sorry for the pic its side ways, lol

Yes it does have a lift and large tires, you don't want to bend the the tie rods, you need to get some spindles extenders for the steering, or put your springs back on the bottom of your front axle, but you will loose about 2" on the front lift

Yes you are missing your spindle risers and there is a extention block from the steering idler that ive never seen on a cart before (that is going to make it worst) I may have a set of riser's for your cart, and you will need to take that block off, you may not have to bend the rods so much or at all.

closer look at that block you may be able to leave it there they reposition the rods higher up. At my first glance I thought they were lowering the rods
