Re: Newbie Battery Questions
Glad to hear Spawn, I will purchase a carbon fiber overlay too. Going to redo the seats first. Still inquiring around here about painters. I am using an OEM charger now.
That red plug will get disconnected if no one here can tell me for sure what it could be used for. |

Re: Newbie Battery Questions
It was used to hook another charger to your cart I would say. but if you are going to use your oem charger, take it off.

Re: Newbie Battery Questions
The red SB50 plug fits an older style Total Charge charger from Ezgo ... I would make sure your orig charger is working good before doing away with that? Did you ask the seller about it?

Re: Newbie Battery Questions
Trace those wires from the red plug, I have seen many a time where people install those as a means of hooking up a set of jumper cables so that they can use the batteries on the cart to jump start cars.....
you see this alot on carts that are used at car lots. |

Re: Newbie Battery Questions
The "most knowledge of useless additions to an EZ Go" award.
Need to find the time to relocate the horn (I am putting an accessories battery there), and figure out how to reconnect the back up beeping. Someone disconnected it. Think I have decided that instead of spending $50 to buy the replacement Powerwise receptacle, I am going to get an onboard charger and put the plug in receptacle there. |

Re: Newbie Battery Questions
Got a quote from the local sign company to install a custom wrap for $450. I don't have a charger now because I sold mine to I guy that got his stolen here at the beach. The new on board charger is being shipped from ScottyB.
