Need more speed on 2009 Club Car DS

I'm helping my neighbor figure out how to increase the speed on his 2009 custom (57 chevy) Club Car DS. The owners manual says "2009 DS Golf Car Owner's Manual" . So I'm assuming that it is a DS and not a DS IQ. I'm guessing they're different. I found a couple of speed chips on Ebay. I'll provide the links here and see if you guys have any ideas short of a motor and controller upgrade. This thing is really slow. My guess is 12-13 mph. Thanks.

The manual will cover both models, regular ds and iq.
What I would do is take it to your nearest CC dealer and pay $100 to have it maxed out to speed code 4. This will get you 20 mph, which I think is plenty fast.
The speedylinks on eBay are $130, and they will get you 20 mph as well.
I would just do the code upgrade in my opinion.
