Govenor adjustment didnt seen to work????
I have a 2008 ez go st sport 2 with the subaru engine. I followed the instructions from the sticky but with the nut ran all the way in the cart will only go 15mph. It has stock wheels and tires on it.
Could a worn out drive belt affect this adjustment? the one on it does not seem to be factory. there are no numbers on it and it has ridges on the back of the belt. The OD is 41 3/4. Thank you for any help. |

Re: Govenor adjustment didnt seen to work????
I think I found my answer. I dug deep enough to find a thread that stated the newer carts had the adjustment limited. You have to add spacers.

Good for you at figuring out the problem. I have posted a couple of questions lately and got no help here. Guess I am not an insider.
