More on ''DOWN'' in Baja
Got the rest of the motor apart and was able to talk to Rick at P.Q. The brushes looked good but the part next to the brushes over about 3 inches. 2 of the wires that run across that surface had come out of their grove and were sort of smashed flat on the surface. One wire was broken the other still smashed and connected. Don't understand how this could happen, It seems like the wires are pretty stiff in those grooves. Anyway a trip for the motor to PQ and will be running soon. What happened? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
