the 100% is correct
6.7 is over charged
6 v is under charged but not dead
i would drive it around some and hook up charger again
this time let it charge till charger shuts off
then wait 12 hrs to get reading
again WAIT 12hrs
you might get lucky, they my hold a charge

well I am in st. louis, Mo. and a lot of my customers think I am in the south

I make prescription safety glasses and the people up in prudeau bay alaska say I have an acccent lol
