Default Re: RXV Front End Clunk

I use "anti-seize" on all the tubes. I have also found some of them to be too long, allowing too much up-down travel (ezgo will never admit this). I have shortened a few of them. I grind little-by-little & re-test fit them often during the process. I be sure to completely cool them to room temp when i test fit them, as they are longer when they are hot than when they are cold. I will admit i have cut a couple too-short by checking them while still warm.

Thanks everyone for the incite... For the record, the passenger side tube was a complete corroded mess and clearly a source of most of the clunking sound. Once replaced the cart is 90-95% quieter now. However, once the wheels were back on and "twist check" done again - more slop was found in the Kingpin - not bad - but likely to only get worse. I guess to be expected on a 2010 RXV that spent it's first years 5 years on a golf course in wet grass everyday...
