Installed new micro switch in the pedal box this evening and........she runs! Man oh man is the xct500pds and the D&D motor a potent combination. Almost scary fast. May be better once I get body and seat on. Right now I am sitting on a piece of wood on top of the battery rack. I was pulling moderate hills and it didn't even phase it. Just sped right on up them. Thanks for all the help guys!

You will be surprised how much the added weight will change the performance. Been there done that
It's a good lesson in keeping your builds light. |

True...I'll wait until I have body, rear seat, top, etc on and reevaluate. The regen braking is nice. Pretty cool to watch the voltmeter rise up a bit while coasting down large hills. Pretty sure my next mod will be disc brakes though.
