2001 ezgo pds
sometimes when you hit the pedal to go it stumbles even with a full charge if you move the key cylinder back and forth a time or 2 it runs great does the key cylinder usually give trouble

They can. Pull the key switch out of the dash and tape the green and blue wires together good so there is no doubt they make contact solidly. Then drive the cart and see ... if the issue is gone the key switch is bad as you suspect.
PS You can plug 2 spade terminals into one another. Head on/& offset. |

In your case it sounds like that is a yes :) They are cheap, replace it.

so I have just had the time this past weekend to work on cart went to local ezgo dealer to buy switch he said that wont be my problem that they never give a problem he said most likely controller box but I bought switch anyway to start there
