silent solenoid
I have an ezgo rxv 48 volt cart 08, i have power to solenoid both sides and poles all grounds are good, when you turn the key on and switch to reverse no alarm and forward nothing checked relay, solenoid will not activate, also replaced the solenoid power at controller also showing 49 volt any help

Controller provides B- side of solenoid circuit. Solenoid has B+ from Tow/Run switch. When controller not passing B- to solenoid, B+ will pass through solenoid and show on controller "solenoid pin". That part sounds normal. So, the question becomes "why is the controller not passing B- to the solenoid to activate it?".
