Default Noisy rear end

My 2005 EZGO TXT Series still has a lot of gear noise from the rear end when coasting. I replaced the input shaft (visibly worn) and added STP to the oil. The new input shaft helped, but I’ve still got a problem.
Any advice on what’s next would be appreciated.
Thanks!

If the gear on the input shaft was worn, the gear it meshed with on the intermediate shaft is also worn. As are the next set of gears and those in the differential cluster. However, the gears furthest away from the oil sump get the least lubrication and the most wear since the lubricant has to climb the gears to get to the top of the gear train.

Are you using gear oil or motor oil?

Thanks for the reply.
I agree that all the gears are probably worn, just to different degrees.
I used motor oil after reading the owners manual.
I’m thinking it’s time for a overhaul. Has anybody rebuilt the differential ? New rear end assemblies are pricey.

I have ezgo limo 6passenger 1996? making clanking noise from the rear like metal dragging on road, but it is not. This happens when turning 90% of the time and on right turns (not sure about left)
