48v Ezgo TXT Solenoid Issue??
Last weekend, I noticed a hard clicking sound when I would turn over the ignition key. Yesterday the click was louder then before. When I leave the switch in either forward or reverse with the key off, my cart will continue to move.
Not sure if it’s the solenoid, controller, etc. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! |

Novice here, but it does sound like your solenoid is welded. Continuity between large posts without pack voltage on the small ones?

Could also be a Pedal switch staying closed.
The creeping without the pedal pushed means the pedal isn't returning to the full upright position, or the ITS sensor is out of adjustment. (Iron slug moved by throttle linkage is too close to sensor with pedal up.) |
