Default Blue 12 volt reducer

I purchased the Scotty B 30amp 12 volt reducer for my RXV. The diagram is not answering the questions i have. I have it wired as follows:
Black wire going to 48volt negative
Yellow wire going to 48volt positive
Red wire going to 12 volt positive fuse panel
A separate black wire going from 48 volt negative to negative bus bar
Blue wire not being used
Green wire not currently used?

My questions are:
1.In order to install an on/off switch, does it go on the yellow wire?
2.Does that switch need to be a specific switch to handle certain loads?
3. Is the green wire used?

Someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!
I reached out to Scotty B several times and he just refers me back to the diagram that does not help me to begin with.

1.In order to install an on/off switch, does it go on the yellow wire?
As I read the diagream and notes, Yes, and the yellow wire connects back to the positive terminal of the battery pack. Do not attach it to the key switch or key switch circuit.

2.Does that switch need to be a specific switch to handle certain loads?
Try to find a medium duty switch from an auto parts store. You'll be running 48 volts through it, but relatively little current.

3. Is the green wire used?
Not sure about this question. The only green I see is the ground side from the lights and accessories attached to the reducer. Is that the wire you're asking about? Or are you asking about the note that say's green is switched?

Thanks for your reply. I am referring to the green wire that is labeled green/orange switched positive.
