Default Powerwise charger issues

2002 txt..charger was not cutting off after a long charging time. Sometime it would sometime it would not. Checked 4.4 year old battery voltages seemed ok. Replaced the board on the charger and charger would start out charging around 18 amps then cut off sometime during the night. The cart would not hold a charge resulting in deceased run time. I installed new set of trojan T105s charged overnight, charger was cut off in the morning. Ran cart for 1 day then charged over night ran car and the batteries died leaving me stranded. Towed cart home hooked up to charger, and it started out at 18 amps I came back in 3 to 4 hours and the charger had cut off. I know thats not enough time for a complete charge on drained batteries. I have tested all the components on the charger as per utube video and they all tested normal. Dont know what to do next. .I do have another powerwise charger that I plan to try out when I get back to the beach where the cart is located.?
