You may still have another problem if the cart won't move. You may have taken out the OBC.

Check and see where you have lost the voltage or inputs at. (One wheel jacked up) Get your DVM and with the key on, cart in Fwd, and Go Pedal depressed far enough to hear the microswitch click, check and see if you have the 48v + & - at your solenoid (main contactor). You will be checking the small Blue and the Blue w/White Stripe wires.
1- Take your DVM and place the red lead on the solid blue wire and the black lead on the main pack negative. You should get 48vdc (If not, we lost the Pos Input) 2- Next, take your DVM and place the black lead on the blue w/white stripe wire and the red lead on the main pack positive. You should get 48vdc (If not, we lost the Neg input) It does worry me that you are getting know back up alarm as when that occurs after cable work that usually turns out to be a controller, but hopefully yours is something else..... |

For reference, this is why you cant drill it.
The blue ring is a hall sensor and drilling it will kill it. Use the stud kit and you can do 2AWG. 4AWG should fit 2AWG might go with lube depending on the cable insulation thickness. Best to use the stud kit and add the additional cable. |

I will use the stud kit but don't want to order it and find out I need more so I want to identify my whole issue then order all parts at once.
