I see, can you insert a pin (T pins or ? )into the wires and test that?

Or use a jump wire to to power up the back center pin and see if the back row works? You might want to pull the switch out of the housing for better access.

Perhaps I am confused but as a novice it seems to me this question has become over complicated. The switch should have power to the center pin at all times and power to the top or bottom pin when the switch is in that position. If you are having trouble testing use a paperclip or something in the connection. I use a set of jumper wires with alligator clips to help this. If the switch works then I refer to manuals, diagrams or the experts here on the forum!! :)

According to the diagram the F&R switch is powered through the key switch. If powered all the time there is the possibility that the cart could be left in gear leaving the coil activated and the contactor latched when not in use leading to premature failure. Otherwise, Yes, what you said

Forgot to mention that and should have since I do tech support in another line of work and the first thing to check is key/power on.

Again, thank all of you for great advice! I've have learned a ton from this forum.

Thanks.
Are you on a computer? I tried it twice on my phone, and it’s now rotated in my album, but it won’t save on bgw that way. 🤷*♂️
