Default PDS 48 volt conversion

Hunting Cart 48 volt conversion. 2004 ezgo pds, jakes 6" spindle lift,
22" swamp fox tires, (400 amp alltrax, hd solenoid, 4 ga cables, thanks scotty b). 6 trojan 875's, camo wrap, seat kit, jakes brush guard. Before pic and after pics.

Super!!! It looked just like mine when I started! Better watch out for that Scotty guy. He's really hard on debit cards...oh...I suppose that advice came just a little bit too late.

Nice job on the build and welcome to BGW!!!!!

How is the performance? Have you had a chance to comapare the run time to the stock 36v setup?

No really havent got a chance to test run times yet, the 6 volt batteries on the 36 volt cart were 6 years old when I got it so hard to compare. But very happy with the torque and speed on 48 volts. 25 mph on flat road. still breaking in the new trojans.

The PDS upgrades give a lot of bang for the buck. The cart looks great with black seats. Glad you are enjoying it.
