Hey Scotty,
“that little wire at the charger port” are you talking about the inhibiter wire that connects to the F/R switch?

Hey guys, I jumped a wire between that positive made side of the diode at the solenoid to the green wire side of switch and when I turn the switch on I got power now just like the switch is suppose to work. So there is something wrong with my blue wire coming into the on/off key switch somewhere. I guess I can run a new wire to the key switch from that point on the diode, but I would like to know where I went wrong on that blue wire coming to the switch. Any ideas on that?

You are right Scotty she does. but read on & tell me what you think on that jumper wire to the key switch. I was wrong on the blue wire that goes to the key. I got 36 volts all the way to the key switch via the blue wire and I got power on the other side of the key switch when I turn the key on. Apparently the power is not getting to the foot switch via the green wire which turns into that red wire on position number 1 on the controller somewhere. I got to trace that green wire down from the key switch and see where it is messed up. Hard to believe the problem is in the wire from the key to the foot switch as that is an area boxed in that I have not been in.

Actually the power in and out of the peddle box is in the area of the F&R switch. There is a small gray harness with the red, grn, blk, & wht wires in it those are the peddle box wires. Blk and wht send the peddle throttle position to the controller and red green are power in and out of the peddle micro switch...

But you said she runs with the jumper to the red wire behind the charge receptacle? If so then that was it all the time. Connect that wire to the battery main positive. no?

Smile Re: Help me find the problem please:

I fixed mine ScottyB, by running a new wire from the right side / positive side of the diode on the solenoid to the green wire side of my key off/on switch. I took her for a test ride and she runs smooth but not as fast as I would like. She was not completely charged up though. I am putting her on charge for now and will try her out in the morning. I will also take a picture for you of those wires coming from my Protech C on board charger.

Beside the normal A/C Plug in cord on one end, the other end has two large maybe 4 gauge wires (red & black) and 3 smaller wires coming from another port that are red, white & black.

turkeyshooter....I am so glad you have already been through this. I have the exact same problem. Scotty, ignore my other thread....everything he has done I have done except run a jumper. Funnay how both of us have the same problem...seems like we are missing something. I'll try the jumper too, did that indicate it was the reed switch Scotty?
