Will 48 volts last longer then 36 volts on a motor up grade? I'll get a cable tomorrow and post up my settings if I can figure it out lol thanks for all the help guys

Do you have a serial port on the back of your cpu? If not you will need to get a usb to 9 pin adapter.

My laptop is vista so it want talk to controller .could I use my iPad

Have no idea how old batteries are ? Have ? About charger it's a power wise it would not work so I took off top and checked it with meter no power going through the little board so bypassed it it started working I leave it on for around 3 or 4 hours is this ok can I just replace board if so where to find one .

You can charge this way but don't let it just keep charging it want shut off. I think I have one for it. If you plug it up just watch the amp needle until it gets around 5 amps and let it sit for 30 minutes and unplug. Check the voltage when it gets down to 5 amps and see how much charge they have.

You did not change throttle input adjustment while trying to make it go right? ( just thought I was reading something in your other thread)

Either that or check battery pack voltage under load , make sure cart rolls freely (no brake drag).

What's your gear ratio? 12mph on 22' tires does not sound right.

I have a jumper on my cart that if I move to the 36 volt position,my cart will hit 18 mph in a matter of seconds on 23 " tires,that's with 12.4:1 gear ratio.

( and that's also with carrying all the extra batteries for running 84 V)

THe board is available everywhere Ezgo parts are sold. The relay bypass method puts out max voltage only so your batts get phase 1 of 3 charging algorithms you need the charger fixed asap

How do I check throttle input? Have no idea on gear how would I find out it's stock 03 cart
