okay, good news. First of all I'm back up and running We had to re-use the top set of gears out of my assy. that run off the splined gear from the motor. The tip to use a self-tap screw into those plugs worked like a champ Scottyb.....thank you. Andy, we used a rear end assy. from a 2000 txt carcass my buddy had. My differential was in about 6 pieces The only thing we used out of my busted rear was the pinion gear and those two top gears I already mentioned. The largest gear in the rear was shot as well. After jumping that bank you could hear the gears grinding while the cart was coming to a stop. That wore that gear from the axles not being in line anymore and being in a bind. Another good thing was that this axle assy. had great brakes, so now I got some awesome brakes now.
