Well I'm gonna work on it tomorrow. I wasted an hour straight tonight. I do have another question I got a brandies heat sink from ezgo in the mail today and none of the bolt holes were threaded. Is that supposed to be that way?

Well its still the same set up. I could see on the front ones using nuts but the back to go straight into the cast. The hole does not go all the way through. I'll prolly just tap it for my thread size and go from there.

I had the same problem. Loosen the bolt that holds the spring in place. Knock it out maybe 1/4 inch. Spray penetrating oil and let sit for about 10 minutes. Tighten it back up, but not too much, as it moves with the pedal. It should have a nylon lock nut on it. Problem solved. Like wifey always says, lubrication is key.
